Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked chicken, chopped 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 c. Ranch salad dressing
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. mild shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 (10-inch) flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Combine cooked chicken, Ranch salad dressing, mayonnaise, sliced celery, sliced green onion, and chopped red bell pepper in a bowl.
  2. Cover and chill the mixture for 1 to 2 hours to let flavors meld.
  3. Divide the chilled chicken mixture among the flour tortillas.
  4. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture in each tortilla.
  5. Fold the tortillas to enclose the filling and serve.
