Chicken Sauce Bake(Microwave)

- Arrange chicken pieces, skin side down, with thick edges toward the outside of a 2-quart baking dish.
- Cover with plastic wrap, pierced with holes.
- Microwave for 10 minutes.
- Drain juices and turn chicken pieces over.
- Mix cream of mushroom soup with milk and spices (parsley, diced onion or onion salt, salt, seasoned salt, pepper, red pepper).
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Microwave on Medium for 24 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve over rice if desired.
