Chicken Scallop Bake
Ingredients
- 2 c. chicken broth ⓘ
- 6 c. chicken, chopped ⓘ
- 8 eggs, beaten slightly ⓘ
- 6 c. dry white bread crumbs (crust off) ⓘ
- 2 cans mushroom soup ⓘ
- 2 cans whole milk (measured in soup can) ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion ⓘ
- 1 tsp. salt ⓘ
- dash of red pepper ⓘ
- 4 Tbsp. butter ⓘ
- 4 Tbsp. flour ⓘ
- 2 c. half and half ⓘ
- 3/4 c. sliced, stuffed olives ⓘ
Instructions
- Pour milk, soup, chicken broth and eggs over crumbs.
- Add chicken.
- Pour into well-greased baking dish.
- Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300°.
- Cut into squares.
- Cover with sauce.
