Chicken Scallop Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 6 c. chicken, chopped
  • 8 eggs, beaten slightly
  • 6 c. dry white bread crumbs (crust off)
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 2 cans whole milk (measured in soup can)
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of red pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. half and half
  • 3/4 c. sliced, stuffed olives

Instructions

  1. Pour milk, soup, chicken broth and eggs over crumbs.
  2. Add chicken.
  3. Pour into well-greased baking dish.
  4. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300°.
  5. Cut into squares.
  6. Cover with sauce.
