Ingredients

  • 1 c. cooked chicken, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika

Instructions

  1. Combine cooked chicken, chopped onion, minced parsley, curry powder, prepared mustard, and paprika in a bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise gradually, blending thoroughly after each addition.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls using about 1 teaspoon of the mixture for each.
  4. Cover the balls and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
