Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
  • salt and pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine oil, lemon juice, and orange juice in a large bowl.
  2. Stir well to mix.
  3. Place chicken breasts in the marinade and turn to coat evenly.
  4. Marinate for at least 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
