Ingredients

  • oil
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 small pkg. cashews
  • rice
  • 1 bottle teriyaki glaze
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. honey

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add cashews and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in teriyaki glaze, soy sauce, and honey, stirring to coat the chicken and cashews evenly.
  5. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Serve hot over rice.
