Ingredients

  • 2 lb. chicken drumsticks
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 3 Tbsp. Goya sofrito
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 2 c. water

Instructions

  1. In a heavy 4-quart pot, sauté garlic in oil for 3 minutes.
  2. Add chicken drumsticks to the pot.
  3. Simmer until the chicken is browned, turning frequently.
  4. After 10 minutes, add tomato paste, sofrito, cilantro, and water to the pot.
  5. Bring to a boil, then cover tightly and cook on low for 40 minutes.
  6. Add cooked spaghetti to the pot, mix well, and serve.
