Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. sage
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 oz. olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 oz. ground prosciutto ham
  • 1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 1/2 oz. white wine
  • 1 oz. butter
  • 3 whole raw chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts in halves, remove skin and bones.
  2. Slice into thin pieces and pound between waxed paper.
  3. Dip the chicken into a mixture of salt, pepper, sage, and flour.
  4. Brown garlic in a pan; remove.
  5. Saute the chicken until browned; remove from pan.
  6. Add prosciutto, mushrooms, and diced onion to the pan and cook until tender.
  7. Return the chicken to the pan and add white wine.
  8. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  9. Add butter and remove from heat.
