Ingredients

  • chicken
  • 1 small jar Spanish olives
  • red bell peppers
  • green bell peppers
  • fresh mushrooms
  • olive oil
  • garlic
  • parsley
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Fry skinned chicken pieces coated with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a skillet until browned.
  2. Place the fried chicken in a large pan with 1/2 cup of frying oil.
  3. Add Spanish olives, sliced mushrooms, and cut red and green bell peppers to the pan.
  4. Pour in 1/2 cup of white Zinfandel wine for flavor.
  5. Cook for at least 45 minutes, stirring occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and flavors meld.
  6. Serve hot with rice.
