Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • 1 c. finely shredded lettuce
  • 1 tsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. chicken broth
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
  • 1 (5 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
  • 3/4 tsp. seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, cook green onions and lettuce in oil over low heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine flour with chicken broth.
  3. Add the flour-broth mixture to the lettuce and onion mixture and stir until thickened.
  4. Add the cooked peas, sliced water chestnuts, and seasoned salt.
  5. Heat through and serve.
