Ingredients

  • boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • sliced Swiss or Parmesan/Romano cheese
  • Blue cheese salad dressing
  • crab meat
  • green onion
  • sliced mushrooms
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Place each chicken breast between sheets of plastic wrap and pound until thin, being careful not to tear them.
  2. On top of one side of each chicken breast, place a small amount of crab meat, cheese, mushrooms, green onion, parsley, and/or green peppers.
  3. Pour some Blue cheese salad dressing over this mixture, or another preferred flavor.
  4. Cover with the other half of the chicken breast and secure the sandwich with toothpicks.
