Ingredients

  • 1 medium rabbit
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 c. cooking oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • chicken broth
  • 1 c. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Saute cut-up rabbit in cooking oil and margarine until browned.
  2. Add chopped onions and cook until soft.
  3. Add paprika, salt, and pepper to taste, then pour in chicken broth.
  4. Simmer, adding water as needed, until the rabbit is tender and cooked through.
  5. Stir in sour cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Serve over noodles or rice.
