Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups cooked and deboned chicken
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies or jalapenos
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 pound shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a baking dish.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
