- Combine chopped onion, chopped celery, and chicken broth in a saucepan. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- In a 2-quart casserole, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cooked cubed chicken, drained sliced mushrooms, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and cooked vegetables from the saucepan.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of biscuit dough over the casserole.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over the top and return the casserole to the oven until the cheese melts.
