Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer chicken, cut up
  • 8 oz. sweet and sour sauce
  • 1/2 cup drained pineapple tidbits
  • flour
  • pepper
  • salt
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Coat the chicken pieces with seasoned flour.
  2. Brown the chicken in butter until golden.
  3. Place the browned chicken in a baking dish.
  4. Add sweet and sour sauce and pineapple tidbits over the chicken.
  5. Cover the dish and bake at 350°F until the chicken is tender, about 1 hour.
