Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 chicken breasts, skinned
  • 2 Tbsp. corn oil
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 soup can milk

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream of chicken soup and milk in a bowl and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the chicken breasts in corn oil.
  3. Add chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until browned, approximately 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Pour the soup mixture into the skillet and cook on low heat until the chicken is tender, approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
  5. Serve the chicken hot over rice, potatoes, or noodles.
