Ingredients

  • 2 lb. boneless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 to 2 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. water

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into strips; flour and dip into the beaten eggs with water, then coat with bread crumbs.
