Chicken Vegetable Bisque

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onion ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons butter or oleo ⓘ
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup ⓘ
- 1 can cream of potato soup ⓘ
- 2 cans milk ⓘ
- 10 ounces mixed vegetables or 1 can Veg-All, drained ⓘ
- 7 ounces boned chicken, drained ⓘ
- 2 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper ⓘ
Instructions
- Cook chopped onions in butter until tender.
- Add remaining ingredients to the onions and heat, stirring occasionally.
- Adjust with more milk, lemon juice, hot sauce, and salt as needed.
- Serve hot, optionally in a crock-pot for slow cooking.
