Ingredients

  • 40 baby drumsticks
  • 14 oz. bottle ketchup
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Place chicken wings in a single layer in a shallow roasting pan.
  2. Mix ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, ginger, brown sugar, and sugar together in a saucepan.
  3. Heat the mixture on top of the stove until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken wings.
  5. Place the pan, uncovered, in a 350°F (175°C) oven and bake for approximately 2 hours.
  6. Turn the wings occasionally during baking.
  7. Check frequently after the first hour to prevent burning.
  8. Wings are done when the sauce is thick and bubbly.
