Ingredients

  • 3 lb. chicken wings
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Arrange the chicken wings in a shallow pan.
  2. Heat the butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and dry mustard until the butter and sugar melt; then cool.
  3. Pour the marinade over the wings and marinate for at least 2 hours, turning once or twice.
  4. Bake in the same pan at 375°F for about 1 1/2 hours, turning often.
  5. Drain the wings on paper towels before serving.
