Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken, cooked and broken into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons tarragon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cups seedless red grapes
  • 1 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 cups mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Heat red wine vinegar, tarragon, salt, and pepper over high heat and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Place cooked chicken in a bowl and pour the warm red wine vinegar mixture over it.
  3. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate until cooled.
  4. Add grapes, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise to the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
