Ingredients

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • chicken pieces, skinned
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup sliced green olives
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1 cup red wine

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bag.
  2. Shake chicken pieces in the bag to coat.
  3. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour melted butter over it.
  4. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
  5. Add sliced onions, green olives, and red wine to the dish.
  6. Cover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  7. Remove cover and cook for 15 minutes to brown.
