Juicy chicken wraps packed with flavorful taco-seasoned chicken, fresh vegetables, and creamy cheese, perfect for a quick, satisfying meal suitable for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 1/2 lb. chicken breast
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 16 oz. carton sour cream
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 small head romaine heart lettuce
  • 8 burrito size flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Place olive oil in a skillet and heat.
  2. Add chicken and onion and cook until the chicken is done and the onions are tender.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Place the chicken and onion mixture in a large bowl.
  5. Add taco seasoning, sour cream, cheese, tomatoes, avocado, and lettuce, and stir well.
  6. Place the mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  7. Roll up each tortilla, then slice in half.
  8. Serve immediately.
