- Place olive oil in a skillet and heat.
- Add chicken and onion and cook until the chicken is done and the onions are tender.
- Remove from heat.
- Place the chicken and onion mixture in a large bowl.
- Add taco seasoning, sour cream, cheese, tomatoes, avocado, and lettuce, and stir well.
- Place the mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Roll up each tortilla, then slice in half.
- Serve immediately.
