Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz. cans crescent rolls
  • 1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 2/3 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded colby jack cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1 5 oz. can chicken, drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix all ingredients except the crescent rolls: red pepper, broccoli, water chestnuts, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheese, chopped onion, and canned chicken.
  3. Arrange the crescent rolls in a circle with the bases overlapping in the middle and the pointed ends outward on a baking sheet.
  4. Place the chicken mixture in the center of the circle, then fold the pointed ends of the crescent rolls inward over the filling.
  5. Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
