Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground meat
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. plus 1 tsp. chili blend
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • hot water
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground meat and drain excess fat.
  2. In a saucepan, add the cooked meat along with flour, chili blend, salt, minced onion, tomato sauce, onion salt, and hot water.
  3. Cook the mixture until it thickens and flavors meld.
  4. Dip the flour tortillas in hot water to soften.
  5. Place a spoonful of the chili meat mixture onto each tortilla and roll up.
  6. Arrange the rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
  7. Pour the remaining chili mixture over the assembled tortillas.
  8. Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the top.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
