Ingredients

  • 4 lb. ground beef
  • salt to taste
  • 4 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 green peppers, chopped
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 2 pkg. hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Brown the meat, onions, green peppers, salt, sugar, and vinegar in a large skillet.
  2. Add catsup and simmer the mixture for 1 1/2 hours.
  3. Serve the chili mixture on toasted hamburger buns.
