Ingredients

  • 6 green peppers
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cups ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 3 tsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup catsup

Instructions

  1. Cut ends off peppers and remove seeds.
  2. Boil peppers for 5 minutes.
  3. Chop pepper ends and onions.
  4. Sauté with ground beef until brown, then add cooked rice, salt, pepper, and catsup.
  5. Fill the peppers with the mixture and place in a muffin pan.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
