Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can chili with beans
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 small diced tomato
  • 3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 4 flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Warm the flour tortillas.
  2. Heat the chili with beans.
  3. Place 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon of chili in the center of each tortilla.
  4. Top with shredded lettuce and diced tomato.
  5. Sprinkle with grated cheese and roll the tortilla to enclose the filling.
  6. Top each burrito with 1 tablespoon of sour cream, 1 teaspoon chopped green onion, and 1 teaspoon of grated cheese.
