Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. American cheese
  • 1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 2 pods minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. onion juice
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. red pepper
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
  • Chili powder

Instructions

  1. Ensure the American and cream cheeses are at room temperature, then blend them together until smooth.
  2. Mix in the minced garlic, salt, onion juice, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into two equal parts and shape each into log rolls.
  4. Sprinkle chili powder on the surface of each log roll and roll them in finely chopped pecans to coat evenly.
  5. Wrap the logs in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
  6. They can be frozen for up to 3 months if desired.
