Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. hamburger
  • 2 pkgs. bacon
  • 2 cans kidney beans with juice
  • 3 cans stewed tomatoes with juice
  • 2 cans zesty tomato sauce
  • 3 cans mushrooms, drained
  • 2 cans spicy chili beans
  • 2 large green peppers, chopped
  • 1 large yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 hot chili seasoning pkg.
  • 1 mild chili seasoning pkg.

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger and bacon in a large stockpot, leaving a little grease.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients to the stockpot.
  3. Mix everything well.
  4. Cook on low heat for a few hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. The longer it cooks, the better it tastes.
