Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 large heads broccoli, cut into pieces
  • 8 strips bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Blend together mayonnaise, sugar, and lemon juice.
  2. Mix together broccoli, bacon, raisins, and chopped onion in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or overnight to chill.
  5. Serve cold.
