Cream cheese-filled mini biscuits with chopped chilies and ham create a savory, cheesy snack perfect for parties, gatherings, or a flavorful appetizer any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 can chopped chilies, drained
  • 3 slices thick ham, chopped
  • 1 to 1 3/4 cups grated cheese
  • 2 packages Pillsbury biscuits

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese and mix in the chopped ham, drained chilies, and grated cheese.
  2. Open the biscuit packages and flatten each biscuit.
  3. Cut each biscuit in half and mold them into small cups using cupcake tins.
  4. Fill each biscuit cup with about 1 teaspoon of the prepared filling.
  5. Bake the filled biscuit cups at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and place on a dish to serve.
