Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork
  • 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 4 slices ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. wine
  • 1 garlic clove, cracked
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. oil

Instructions

  1. Cut pork into long strips about 2 inches wide and 2 inches thick.
  2. Soak the first six ingredients for half a day or overnight.
  3. Rub the meat (at room temperature) with garlic, sugar, and honey.
  4. Heat oven at 400°.
  5. Roast the pork for 35 minutes, turning strips over once during the roasting process.
  6. Remove pork from oven and slice.
