Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 lb dried pork
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1/3 bottle soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Put oil in a pan and heat over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped green onions and sliced celery, cooking for five minutes.
  3. Add drained bean sprouts and mushrooms to the pan.
