Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 can Chinese vegetables
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced

Instructions

  1. Boil the chopped cabbage in a small amount of salted water for 5 minutes and then drain.
  2. Sauté the chopped celery, bell pepper, onion, Chinese vegetables, sliced mushrooms, and sliced water chestnuts in butter.
  3. Butter a baking dish, then layer the drained cabbage followed by the sautéed vegetables until all are used.
