Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 medium carrots
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • Chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Shred the carrots coarsely.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the shredded carrots to the skillet.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and sugar.
  5. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Top with chopped parsley before serving.
