Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 box brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups self rising flour
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

Instructions

  1. Cream margarine and brown sugar together until well combined.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  3. Add remaining ingredients: self-rising flour, coconut, nuts, and vanilla flavoring, and mix well.
  4. Pour the thick mixture into a prepared pan.
  5. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 20-30 minutes, or until done. Do not overcook.
