Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 cup light cream

Instructions

  1. Blend dry mustard, salt, and cayenne with vinegar until smooth.
  2. Add light cream and mix well.
  3. Seal in a jar tightly and refrigerate.
  4. Great with barbecued pork.
