Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 lb. bean sprouts
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 c. cooked ham, diced
  • 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced

Instructions

  1. Saute onions and green pepper in butter on Medium for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients; cover.
  3. Cook on High for 10 minutes.
  4. Toss and serve.
