Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground pork or chicken
  • 1 Tbsp minced ginger root
  • 3 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 pkg wonton wrappers
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Cook ground pork or chicken with minced ginger and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, stirring until meat crumbles. Drain excess fat.
  2. Combine the cooked meat mixture with teriyaki sauce, salt, and wonton wrappers. Mix well.
  3. Fill each wonton wrapper with a small spoonful of the meat mixture, then fold and seal.
  4. Cook the wontons in boiling water or steam until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Serve hot.
