Chipotle Caesar Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon black pepper ⓘ
- 2 canned chipotle chiles, plus
- 1 teaspoon adobo sauce ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon lime juice ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 10 anchovies ⓘ
- 1 head roasted garlic, squeezed out ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar ⓘ
- 1 1/2 cups olive oil or 1 1/2 cups other oil ⓘ
Instructions
- Put all ingredients except oil in blender, pulse to puree, stream in oil slowly to form an emulsion.
