Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 oz. jar smoked chipped beef, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. crushed pecans

Instructions

  1. Blend the cream cheese and milk until smooth.
  2. Add the chopped smoked chipped beef, minced onion, and pepper to the cheese mixture and blend well.
  3. Stir in the sour cream until fully incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an ovenproof dish.
  5. Sprinkle the crushed pecans evenly over the top.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15 to 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot with crackers.
