Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 small pkg. chipped beef
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. water

Instructions

  1. In a large frying pan, melt the butter.
  2. Add the flour and stir to combine.
  3. Add the chipped beef and sauté for a short time.
  4. Pour in the milk and bring to a boil.
  5. Add water and bring to a second boil.
  6. Cook until the gravy reaches the desired consistency, then serve over toast.
