Ingredients

  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Melt oleo and mix with flour and chopped nuts. Spread in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes and then cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and half of the Cool Whip.
  4. Spread this mixture over the cooled crust.
  5. Prepare two packages of instant pudding according to package directions.
  6. Spread the pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Top with the remaining Cool Whip and garnish with shaved chocolate.
  8. Refrigerate before serving.
