Ingredients

  • 1 box butter cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 7 oz. coconut
  • 6 oz. bag chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased and floured oblong pan.
  3. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 55 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
