Sweet, rich chocolate candy balls with crunchy pecans and a smooth chocolate coating, perfect for parties, holidays, or a decadent treat enjoyed by chocolate lovers.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 3 c. pecans
  • 1 cake paraffin wax
  • 1 large pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix powdered sugar, Eagle Brand milk, butter, and chopped pecans together.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for 2 to 3 hours.
  3. Take out the mixture and roll into small balls.
  4. In a boiler, melt paraffin wax and semi-sweet chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  5. Dip the chocolate balls into the melted chocolate mixture and place on waxed paper until hardened.
