- Mix powdered sugar, Eagle Brand milk, butter, and chopped pecans together.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 2 to 3 hours.
- Take out the mixture and roll into small balls.
- In a boiler, melt paraffin wax and semi-sweet chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Dip the chocolate balls into the melted chocolate mixture and place on waxed paper until hardened.
