Chocolate Filbert Clusters
Sweet and crunchy chocolate filbert clusters combine toasted hazelnuts coated in glossy coffee-infused chocolate, perfect for satisfying chocolate lovers and ideal for gifting or special occasions.

Instructions
- Spread filberts in a shallow baking pan.
- Bake at 350°F until toasted, 10 to 12 minutes.
- Cool the filberts.
- Rub off as much of the skins as possible with your hands.
- Break the chocolate into squares.
- Place the chocolate in the top of a double boiler over simmering (not boiling) water.
- Stirring occasionally, heat the chocolate until melted.
- Remove from heat.
- Mix in the instant coffee and salad oil until smooth and glossy.
- Stir in the coated nuts to ensure they are well covered.
- Drop heaping teaspoonfuls of filbert clusters onto buttered waxed paper on a baking sheet.
- Let stand at cool room temperature until set.
- Store airtight in a covered container in a cool place.
