Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 4 cups quick cooking oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped apples
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into an oiled 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
  4. Cool the bars in the pan, then cut into squares.
