Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, cocoa, and flour in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add melted margarine and mix well.
  3. Add beaten eggs and mix thoroughly.
  4. Stir in vanilla flavoring.
  5. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie shell.
  6. Bake in a 325°F (163°C) oven for approximately 30 minutes.
  7. Allow the pie to sit and firm up; it will appear shaky in the center when done.
