- Combine flour, chopped pecans, and melted butter.
- Mix well.
- Press the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F.
- Allow to cool.
- Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Spread over cooled crust.
- Sprinkle with coconut.
- Mix instant pudding mix with milk and chill for 5 minutes.
- Spread pudding over coconut layer.
- Top with one 8 oz. carton of Cool Whip.
- Sprinkle with additional coconut.
- Chill for 4 hours before serving.
